Refund policy

We want you to love your Shattered Atlas piece. If your order isn’t the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or returns due to a change of mind. Shattered Atlas will cover return/replacement shipping if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount may be final sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Shattered Atlas reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
