Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Shattered Atlas. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before being shipped.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.

During launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate updates as needed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text so you can follow your package.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Shattered Atlas. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or special releases.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to Shattered Atlas because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shattered Atlas is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and checking with neighbors or your building’s management before contacting us.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be lost while in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping

At this time, Shattered Atlas ships within the United States only.

International shipping may become available for future releases.
